1. Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Code: 02

Professional Qualification & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years’ experience or National Diploma with 10 years in Fertilizer / Petrochemical / continuous process Chemical / Power plant.

Experience & expertise:

  • Knowledge of Mechanical basics; Team work with ability of multi-tasking; Open minded, Organizing, problem solving; Communication, Listening and feedback; Punctuality, discipline, work attitude and initiatives.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of all Rotating and static equipment’s including piping involved in a continuous process plant (Fertilizers / Petrochemicals / Chemical / Power plant) will be an added advantage.

2. Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Job Code: 03

Professional Qualification & Skills: 

  • National Diploma with min 6-year experience in Fertilizer / Petrochemical plant.
  • Experience & expertise: Knowledge of Mechanical basics is must; Team work with ability of multi-tasking; Open minded, Organizing, problem solving; Communication, Listening and feedback; Punctuality, discipline, work attitude and initiatives.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of all Rotating and static equipment including piping involved in a continuous process plant (Fertilizers / Petrochemicals / Chemical / Power plant) will be an added advantage.


3. Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Code: 04

Professional Qualification & Skills:

  • National Diploma with min 6-year experience in Fertilizer / Petrochemical plant.
  • Experience & expertise: Knowledge of Mechanical basics is must; Team work with ability of multi-tasking; Open minded, Organizing, problem solving; Communication, Listening and feedback; Punctuality, discipline, work attitude and initiatives.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of all Electrical terms Transformers, Switch gears, HT & LT motors, UPS and battery chargers, Lightnings, grounding and Lightning protection, Cranes and hoists, any special equipment of his/her area like bagging machines, Reclaimers, VFDs etc will be an added advantage.


4. Job Title: Graduate Engineer Training Program (GET)

Job Code: 05

Eligibility: First Degree / HND Engineers from recognized Universities and Federal Polytechnics.

Disciplines: 

  • Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Petroleum & Petrochemical.
  • Year of Passing – 2018, 2019 & 2020 shall be preferred
  • Duration of Training: 12 months

All the eligible candidates will be subjected to two stage selection process; Written Test (Technical & Aptitude) and Personal Interview.

Candidates who pass through both stages will be eligible for internship.

Interns would be a paid consolidated monthly stipend during the period of internship.

The interns are eligible to use the company’s transport and can avail canteen facility as per company policy.

Absorption into the regular rolls of the company will be based on the successful completion of the internship program and availability of vacancy in the organization.

All successful candidates shall be eligible for certificate upon completion of internship program.


5. Job Title: Diploma Engineer Training Program (DET)

Job Code: 06

Eligibility: 

  • National Diploma / Equivalent from Federal Polytechnics and Technical Education Institutes
  • Disciplines: Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Petroleum & Petrochemical.
  • Year of Passing: 2018, 2019 & 2020 shall be preferred.
  • Duration of Training: 18 months

All the eligible candidates will be subjected to two stage selection process; Written Test (Technical & Aptitude) and Personal Interview.

Candidates who pass through both stages will be eligible for training.

Interns would be a paid consolidated monthly stipend during the period of internship.

The interns are eligible to use the company’s transport and can avail canteen facility as per company policy.

  • Duration of Training: 12 months

  The screening test for candidates who applied for the Federal Teachers’ Scheme (FTS) in September have been postponed, this was confirmed by the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC).
